The youngest of ten children, Susan Marie Snyder was born on July 18, 1964 and raised in Dundee, Oregon. She was the second actress to portray Laken Lockridge on Santa Barbara. Susan is probably best known for her role as the red-haired vixen Julie Wendall Snyder on the soap As the World Turns. She played the part from 1989 to 1995, returning briefly in 1998 and 2002. She also appeared in the TV movie Betrayed by Innocence, and the feature films Ruthless People and Sleepaway Camp 2: Unhappy Campers. Her marriage to actor Peter Boynton produced a daughter.
