STEPHEN MEADOWS
Peter Flint, 1984-85; 1986

Stephen Meadows was born on November 6, 1950 in Atlanta, Georgia. He didn't start acting until he was 34. Years before then, he was a pre-med student and football player at the University of Georgia when he decided to leave school and work on a ship bound for Europe. After a stint in the Marine Corps, he studied at Princeton and the Rhode Island School of Design, where he earned a master's degree in architectural design.

Later, Stephen worked as an architect in San Francisco and taught at the University of California at Berkeley. It was while at Berkeley that he was prompted by his class to enroll at the American Conservatory Theater to study drama. He was soon cast in a wine commercial, followed by his stint as devious Peter Flint on Santa Barbara.

Stephen's subsequent TV credits include One Life to Live, The Young Riders and the telefilm A Cry in the Wild. He was also seen in several movies, including V.I. Warshawski with Kathleen Turner and Ultraviolet with Easi Morales. Eventually, Stephen decided to retire from acting and focused on product and real estate development.

Stephen was married to TV host Leeza Gibbons from 1991 to 2005. He has two children with her. He remarried in 2008 to Nathalie Geld and they have seven children between them.
