CHRONOLOGY

Peter
stares at the blood on his hand, unable to understand
why Kelly scratched him. As he takes off, we see Summer lying dead
on the floor with a white carnation beside
her body. Back at his apartment, Peter becomes concerned
about Kelly and is relieved when he hears her voice on
the phone. Upon hearing a news bulletin about the murder,
he returns to the State Street Bar and learns that the
victim was Summer, not Kelly. He takes off before Cliff
gets the chance to spot him.
Following
information from a guy at the State Street Bar,
Warren finds Summer's dead body in an abandoned
warehouse. Devastated, he takes her body into his arms
and starts sobbing over his loss, blaming himself for
leaving her alone. Cliff arrives and
realizes that this killing is exactly like the other one,
which suggests it's the work of a serial killer. Before
long, Mason and Veronica's evening at the Presidential Suite is interrupted by
a call about Summer. Mason goes to the warehouse and is
horrified to see Summer's body. With Mason and Cliff
working on finding the killer, Warren decides that he should be the one
to tell Gina what happened.
Gina
is in her room getting ready for the romantic dinner she
has planned for herself and C.C. Meanwhile, Joe and
Kelly arrive at the Capwell house and he finally agrees
to let her father give the wedding. He doesn't want her
father to force a job or a house on him, but Kelly is
ecstatic nevertheless. Dressed to the nines, Gina is
unable to find a way to get Joe and Kelly to leave and
they decide to stay
for dinner. The evening comes to an abrupt end when
Mason and Warren arrive with the news about
Summer. Gina is distraught that someone would murder her
sister and sobs in Warren's arms. It occurs to a scared
Kelly that she was with both of the girls before they
got killed; she tells Joe she thinks all of this
has a connection with her.
Ted
and Laken are staying at the loft in Warren's old farm
when they hear a noise. They're spooked by someone
holding a pitchfork, but it's just Danny with food for
his friends. After Danny informs
Laken there's been no word on her father, she's worried
and tells Ted that she wants to go
home. Although he tries to change her mind, she insists
that her family needs her now more than he does. Danny
tells Ted that he's worried about him and Laken, but
Rosa believes that the Capwell/Lockridge feud has
gone on far too long and tells Ted that love is the most
important thing. Alone
at the Lockridge house, Warren gets a call from his
father and is relieved that he's okay. Mason and Laken arrive
at the house at the same time. Laken overhears Warren
talking to his mother on the phone about the fact
that Lionel was with Sophia when she died. When Laken
asks Warren if it's true, Mason overhears and happily
concludes that Lionel must have murdered both Channing
and Sophia. Mason
calls Veronica, caustioning her that the killer has a
preference for young blonde women. While locking her
apartment, Veronica is understandably spooked when she spots
blood on her floor. She gets her gun out of a drawer and
moves to open the door to the other room. Note:
This is the last episode with Jonna Leigh Stack as Summer
Blake. |
